PayPal. If you prefer some other way, please contact me.
The item is shipped as soon as the payment is cleared. If it takes more than 3 days, I will cancel the sale. Contact me, if you are having problems, and I will try to find the way to solve it.
Shipping
Some items are ready to ship, and some need time to be prepared - read carefully the description the item you are about to purchase, and contact me if you need the shipping time to be cleared out.
Most items are shipped during the next 2 days after the payment is cleared. Purchases are not shipped during the weekends.
Contact me if you haven't received the package. Sometimes it can happen due to circumstances that are not under my control. I use a registered post, providing the buyer with a tracking number. I do not refund lost packages.
I ship to the address indicated in your Etsy receipt. If you want an item to be shipped to another address, please include it in the personal message to me.
I assume responsibility to send your purchase during the next 2 days, however I will not assume the responsibility if the item arrives later than usual!
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me if you have received damaged item.
If you decide to return an item, please contact me by personal message previously. The refund will be transferred to your PayPal if the item is received in the same condition as sent and as soon as it is received. Return shipping fees is the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I cannot guarantee that the colors you see in your monitor are the same as in my monitor. Generally I try to photograph my items responding the closest to the real colors.
Please contact personally for custom orders, other colours etc.
